Delivery Disclaimers

Currently, we do not offer a 4x4 delivery service. Our insurance does not allow delivery personnel to move/replace furniture & or headboard, footboard & etc. Delivery drivers do not carry tools.

National Mattress provides a comfort guarantee with most products, but we cannot offer refunds for products that have left our store. Once ordered, special orders cannot be canceled.

All exchanges are subject to a thorough inspection & National Mattress reserves the right to refuse the product for the following reasons; pet hair of any kind, noticeable odor including smoke odor, damaged or soiling of any kind.

Customers requesting a comfort exchange to be performed at their home will be asked to pay a small fee to help cover costs (within local area). Subsequent Deliveries will be asked to pay this small fee as well.

Up to 90 night sleep comfort guarantee cannot be extended to mattresses sold without a matching foundation. ADJUSTABLE BASES AND FURNITURE EXCLUDED.

After a minimum of seven nights sleep on your new mattress, thirty nights on a Tempurpedic, a comfort exchange may be requested for a product of equal or greater value. No exceptions!
