Orders means a request by You to purchase Products from National Mattress and Furniture.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which You are accessing or using the Service or the Company, as applicable by local, state, or federal law.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so, provided that the Product has not already shipped from the Company.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 business days from the day on which We received the clear statement of Your cancellation of an Order. We will use the same means of payment You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns or Donation of Unwanted Products
In order for the Product to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
The Product was delivered to You within the last 30 days.
The manufacturer's tags from the Product you purchased from US has been removed and returned to Us by certified mail.
A copy of the donation receipt provided by the verified non-profit 501-C3 charity receiving the tagless mattress is included with the original mattress tags being returned to Us by certified mail.
Please note; National Mattress and Furniture and/or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries cannot issue a refund for any Product if the charity to which that Product was donated cannot be verified by Us as a non-profit 501-C3 charity. If the charity to which You're considering donating the Product cannot provide You with an itemized donation receipt which includes their full contact information, including their physical and mailing addresses and a verified non-profit 501-C3 number, donating the Product to that charity will result in You NOT RECEIVING any form of a refund or credit of any sort from Us.
The following Products cannot be returned or donated for a refund:
Products made specifically to Your specifications or are clearly personalized by You.
Products which are not suitable for return due to damage caused by You, Products which have been soiled, Products which present a reasonable risk of exposure to potential biological contamination, or Products which are otherwise unsuitable for return or donation based upon reasonable personal safety and hygiene concerns.
At its sole discretion, National Mattress and Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds of any Product that does not meet the above return conditions.
Only regular-priced Products may be returned or donated for a refund. Products on sale or those which are clearance-priced cannot be returned or donated for a refund. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable local, state, or federal law.
Returning Non-Donatable Products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us. Products should be returned to the following address:
